Double-click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop.

Double-click on the "Dial-Up Networking" icon. If you do not see a
"Dial-Up Networking" icon you will need to install it.

Click next

Type a name for your new connection and click next.

Type in the phone number your computer will dial to connect to the Internet
and click next. If you don't know the phone number for your area click here

Your connection was successfully created. Congratulations! Click finish.

Double-click the new connection you just created. In our example we called it
Fiberpipe so we double-click on the "Fiberpipe" icon.
